Do you offer any discounts for family membership? Yes! We love having families train with us. Speak to us in person for further details.
Do you offer any other types membership discounts? Yes! If you have proof that you are a paramedic, police officer, ADF and/or persons with disability you are entitled to a discounted rate. Speak to us in person for further details.
How do I freeze my membership? E-mail your request along with the exact dates of the freeze to info@kaizengym.com.au. Minimum period is two weeks while the maximum is 2 months within a one year period
How do I cancel my membership? Please e-mail your cancellation request to info@kaizengym.com.au. We require four weeks notice for any cancellations.
Can I change my membership at any time? Yes! If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your membership just e-mail us at info@kaizengym.com.au
